If you are a regular user of EdinburghMenus, you could be forgiven for thinking that development on the site has come to a halt. But we’ve been here all along, steadily moderating new reviews and trying our best to keep up with openings, name changes and closures in the Edinburgh restaurant, cafe, bar and takeaway business.

Other projects have meant that further development of the site regarding building in new features has had to take a back seat. But now we’re back with a vengeance and currently busily working on refreshing the site design and adding a host of new features.

EdinburghMenus is going to be refreshed with new features that will make searching and reviewing restaurants and takeaways easier than ever before. We’re also keen for restaurant owners to have their say, so there will also be new features that will enable businesses to claim ownership of a listing and respond to reviews.

A massive thanks to our thousands of visitors who have continued to write great informative reviews. Without your input this site would be nothing more than a telephone directory.
